Poor Cauvery/ Kaveri in which ever name called is held hostage to caste/creed/ colour/ language and much more innumerable reasons a man can find to keep the water away from thirsty standing crops in the downstream and thirsty human throats of IT capital Bengaluru and Automotive capital Chennai.
