New volunteer activation plan by which new volunteers wil be asked to share their experience with a social activity or their interested area of work to maximise their potential. taking time out to explain about various teams by the team heads and also in familiarising with CSS activities Making new volunteers feel at home with customised mailing on various groups and doing a follow up on their interest areas Having done the intro the following feedback is to be shared with all the team heads for better coordination BalaSaraswathy/ Latha shall be the face of CSS during new volunteer interaction Media interaction from now on shall be taken up by individual members closer to media personel and link being forwarded to Sathya Sir, heading the media team at CSS. All media related work should have been completed one week prior to major events 2. Joy of Giving week programs we intend to conduct a silent rally on
