I Dream........

Jawaharlal Nehru's India still dreams,

I dream, of Nehru's progressive and vibrant India,

I dream, of Mahatma's casteless and bigotless society,

I dream, to stand behind my ideals and beliefs,

I dream, to see people seeing tommorrow bring hope,

I dream, to see my man or woman serve his/her people,

I dream, rise with Hindu, sit with Muslim, smile with Sikh, play with christian, work with buddhist and share with all,

the fruits of success and pain of labour,

I promise to dream to make my world a better place to live, would like to be part of my dream???

Its no mean feat to get drenched more than 24 hours in Monsoon rains....................Chennai has witnessed one such phenomenon starting yesterday 8th November 2015 till date 9th November 2015, 1.00pm. I am thrilled beyond my out of world imagination to see such downpour. Its been years since I have seen raining like cats and dogs. Colours of West Bengal

We decided on our Journey to Eastern part of India just like that, no reason why but yes we were long due for our vacation and we just decided its going to be Kolkata or Calcutta. Thumb rule during any of our exploring trips is book travel beforehand, trains/buses or anything which can be booked prior. We like traveling on reserved coaches even if the entire coach is empty i just get stuck on to my designated seat. While my better half if not restrained would make the entire coach her home. Trains were booked on onward journey and waitlist was huge. Telugu Channel Game show Trend setter- Star Mahila

It was a dull afternoon many years back say 3 years ago not really sure of the exact date but may be late 2009, when afternoon programmes were swept aside by a breezy Game show with no nonsense, un-complicated and visually less garish sets accompanied by a congenial host with a fluent tongue in Telugu and equally adept in cinema and arts. The host was Mrs. Suma. What has prompted me to pen down a personality’s rise is her way of carrying the show forward. At times the games where outright childish and desi style innovation with most toys being bought straight out of Ethirajulu Naidu shop or Rathna stores Plastic wares. One wonders if we really could invent so many games out of simple plastic vessel, funnel, and kind of game out of nothing.
