Burgeoning divide of urban classes in India
India is booming in a true sense with opportunities knocking each and every other individual. These opportunities have been varying in scale from bare minimum to highly remunerative services. India has seen a substantial increase in middle to higher income group families. This group is the major driver behind the growth of the economy. They come mostly from the organized services sector (public and private) and some from agribusiness sector; latter being at the mercy of vagaries of nature. To cater to these economically well to do class of people there is a lower strata of semi-skilled or low skilled people. They constitute the unorganized servant maid group, migrant laborers, under privileged social outcaste laborers including scavengers, etc. These classes of workers need an urgent attention for their betterment.
